We are a construction, surveying, and industrial supply company based in Northern Illinois, proudly serving Elburn, Chicagoland, and the greater Midwest region, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and surrounding states. We also provide nationwide shipping and supply support to customers across the United States.
Customers are welcome to visit our Elburn warehouse during business hours for walk-in orders or local pickup.
Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm CT. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes. MMD ships construction, surveying, and industrial supply products nationwide from our warehouse in Elburn, Illinois.
We regularly serve contractors, municipalities, public works departments, and utility crews throughout the Midwest and across the United States. Whether you need a small order or a multi-pallet infrastructure shipment, we make sure your supplies arrive promptly and safely.
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information. You can also email tracking@mmdsales.com at any time for status updates.
Have a time-sensitive project?
We regularly support time-sensitive construction and infrastructure projects that require dependable delivery schedules. Many orders arrive sooner than our 3 to 5 day average, especially within Chicagoland and the greater Midwest region. If you prefer not to wait, we also offer free local pickup at our Elburn warehouse.
Located farther away?
Delivery times may extend slightly for shipments traveling north, south, or to coastal states, particularly if special freight services are required.
Placing a larger or specialized shipment?
You can request a personalized shipping quote with no obligation to purchase.
What shipping methods do you use?
We deliver small, pallet and truckload size orders, working with a variety of carriers who expertly handle our shipments. Our carriers include USPS, UPS, MMD Fleet and third party carriers.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive tracking information. You can also email us at any time for the status of your order at tracking@mmdsales.com.
For Illinois, portions of Wisconsin, and Indiana, we have our own driver, Jamaine Butler, who has all the tools for a successful delivery. You can place your order online to receive an automated shipping quote (with no obligation to purchase) or contact us for a personalized quote.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We’d love to meet you!
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our office and warehouse at 732 Hicks Drive, Elburn, IL 60119 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm).
When placing your order online, select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive tracking information. You can also email us at any time for the status of your order at tracking@mmdsales.com.
My company has multiple locations nationwide. Can you handle managing the addresses and contact for all our locations?
Yes. We support municipalities, contractors, and multi-location organizations by utilizing ordering software that allows us to store more than 50 separate addresses and assign them by your custom codes or indicators.
Can I place a multi pallet order if I don’t have a forklift?
Yes. Our logistics team coordinates with our driver or third-party carriers to ensure the delivery vehicle is properly equipped to offload your order. We can arrange services such as lift gate delivery or driver-assisted unloading when needed.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes. We coordinate directly with you to ensure a smooth and successful residential delivery. We may ask questions about driveway length, access, or slope to make sure the delivery vehicle can safely reach your location.
If you have outdoor pets, please let us know in advance and ensure they are secured during unloading so everyone stays safe.
Do you deliver to storage units?
We offer delivery to storage units in the following states: Illinois and Wisconsin.
Do you deliver to construction sites and/or solar fields?
Yes, we regularly deliver to active construction sites, roadwork zones, solar fields, infrastructure projects, and utility job sites. As long as there is an onsite contact available at the time of delivery, we can coordinate safe and efficient drop-off.
Can I make a delivery appointment for my large order?
Yes, we work with all of our customers to deliver their orders when it’s convenient for them.
What happens if I place an online order and some of the products are on back order? Is the shipping included?
You will be alerted immediately if you have a product on back order. MMD makes every effort to quickly fulfill all back orders, you will not be charged any additional shipping for an out of stock product.

Yes, if it is a simple USPS or UPS order the delivery will be made to your front door. If you place a large order (1 pallet or more) we can offer additional services like a lift gate, driver unload and inside delivery.
