Return Policy

Our goal at Municipal Marking Distributors, Inc. is to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on all product sales. Our hours are Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm, please feel free to leave a message if it is after hours and a representative will contact you the following business day.

Products sold by Municipal Marking Distributors, Inc. are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated. Defective merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please note that all returns will be inspected before a credit or replacement unit is issued. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items which are used or special order.

In order to receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. All factory supplied components and paperwork must also be included. Items returned with missing parts or pieces may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation for all shipping.
